CYCLING ADVANCED
If you are looking for a real challenge then this class is for your! This class requires experience, so we recommend that you attend prior classes like"Cycling-Intro" and "Cycling", before accepting this challenge. Our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that will require strength, technique and stamina.
Cycling is recommended for advanced intermediate and advanced. Heart rate 65-95%.
During the Indoor Cycling exercises there are no complicated moves, techniques or choreography. It's a non-impact class and involve less strain on knees, hips and ankles than other cardio exercises. Also, Indoor Cycling classes are fun and enjoyable, making the time seem to pass more quickly.
It is the ideal exercise to improve cardiovascular system. The heart and lungs are those that make up the cardiovascular system, and more you practice more you will improve their performance. It improves blood flow throughout the body and speeds the distribution of oxygen in the body. This can lead to lower cholesterol and better fat burning.
Increases calorie consumption and raises the metabolic rate, beeing an ideal exercise for losing weight. During a class, the heart rate increases by about 80%, which is excellent when it comes to burning fat. Also, by browsing or using the muscles of the shoulders, hips and torso, improves alignment and posture.
