If you like Kick Box, try this class to increase intensity. This class can be adapted to all fitness levels. During the class, high-intensity exercises are interspersed with lower intensity exercise.

It is a dynamic and energetic aerobics class and helps to increase fitness and tone your legs. It is a combination of aerobics and martial arts techniques.
