TRX

TRX is the newest program of Group Training and Personal Training. This class trains your entire body. You body is suspended and use its own weight in different inclination plans. TRX Suspension Training will allow you to work Interval Training, Strength and Cardio. Unlike traditional programs, TRX is recommended to those who have problems with joints or back.

Within the TRX, the control is entirely yours. You can perform hundreds of exercises for increase strenght, flexibility, balance and mobility without the risk of injury and at the intensity you choose.

This type of training is suitable for anyone, because you can control the level of resistance and difficulty. It is a perfect exercise program for both rehabilitation and for an intensive fitness program.

Unlike standard training, which stress a single group of muscles, that may lead to risk of injury or muscle imbalances, TRX Suspension Training allows a wider range of movements and stress more muscle groups simultaneously.
